| Group Managing Director |
Mr. Halmi Jasmin, a member founder of Metro Parking and responsible for setting up the company at the early stages in 1991. He has since led the growth of Metro Parking in Malaysia and later to other neighbouring countries to become a prominent parking operator in South East Asia. In order to strengthen the Metro Parking group position in the market, he is currently injecting new business activities that are related to parking industry such as equipment development and car park structural maintenance. He is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Deputy Chairman for the Metro Parking Group. Mr. Halmi Jasmin holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information System (BBA) from West Texas State University of USA.

Human Resource Department

Headed by the Human Resource Manager, he is responsible for the overall personnel management in the company and ensures that the manpower requirement in all car parks is consistently adequate to maintain smooth operation of the car parks. In view of the very challenging demands in the service industry, the Human Resource Department is also responsible for training and staff development with emphasis on customer service and technical aspects in car park operations. This is continually reviewed to ensure that our personnel are not only competent in carrying out the tasks expected of them but are also able to provide quality customer service under all circumstances.

| Development Department |
|
This is the marketing arm of the company whose main objective is to expand the company's car park services both locally and overseas. Headed by the General Manager for development, this department is also responsible to coordinate all development works in the group and find new strategies, methods and ideas for the overall improvement of the department.
Beside efforts to secure car park contracts, this department also provides consultancy services on car park management to property owners.

| Operations Department |

The 'nerve centre' of the company, headed by the Operations Manager, this department controls the day-to-day business activity of the company. Responsible for the management of 160 car parks in the group, this department ensures that daily car park operations runs smoothly and car park collections are properly accounted for and deposited in the bank. This department also ensures that the operations staffs are well groomed and exudes a friendly disposition to reflect the quality services that customers can expect from our car parks staff. This is also in line with our quality standard of MS ISO 9002.

| Finance Department |
|
Headed by the Finance Manager, he is responsible for managing the company's fund and maintains a prudent cash flow management system. In addition to this, the department is also responsible for arranging the necessary financing required for new car parks and ensure that rental payments for car parks are promptly paid.

| Internal Audit Department |
The Internal Audit Department role is to ensure that standard procedures in car park operations and the handling of daily collections are closely adhered to. The Internal Audit manager and his team, conducts periodical and random checks in all car park further ensuring our service standard are maintained with greater emphasis on revenue control. |

| Corporate and Administration Department |
The corporate and administration unit provides support services such as general administrative matters and purchasing. Led by the Head of Corporate and Admin, this department also supports the Group Managing Director's office in various corporate matters. |

| IT Department |
The IT unit was formed to meet the challenges in the technological advancement in car park facilities. The IT unit's role is to provide and improve our car park services with the use of the latest computer technology. Some examples of advancement in car park technology currently used in the company are the use of proximity cards (smart cards) similar to the touch 'n go system and long range proximity which is the use of radio frequency transponders for access to car parks. |
